About Me

Born in Swindon, England. As long as I can remember I have practiced drawing. From grade school on, my interest  began with drawing exotic animals and other items for my friends.  The early years it was my passion to draw in charcoals and from their came my love for painting.  Although my charcoals are still a front runner, painting has overcome my interest.  My excitement is in creating Florida Woods Landscapes, imagine the deep woods, brackish  colored waters stained from those old cypress trees and the huge oak trees branches hanging over that streamlined creek, that is extremely amazing too me.  My works is in acrylic's, they sometimes take upward 60 plus hours for a heavy wooded landscape, and acrylics dry fast, so I consider myself a pretty fast painter. The enjoyment of creating such a view is immensely satisfying to me, I always wonder if anyone sees such beauty in them as I do.

Some of my work has been donated to various silent auctions as fund raisers. Most recently, I participated in the Sam Flax, Orlando Strong.  I believe almost 300 artists submitted artwork of their expression of what was viewed from the Pulse Nightclub tragedy.  Previously, over the years, several pieces of mine, were donated to several Relay for Life of Conway events, Scooters for Hooters and Esther Moms.  I have always enjoyed doing specific pieces for events with a great cause.
